Head Brewer – Andrew Rosette
Andrew began his long path to professional brewing back in college where he and a dorm neighbour concocted a batch of beer in the courtyard and he hasn’t looked back. Over the years he experimented with many different styles and flavors of beers while constantly consuming copious amounts of information (and beer) from professional brewers, books, lectures, and dreams.
He eventually migrated to the Northwest of the United States following his day job at the time in information technology architecture while always brewing with any spare time he had. He left his IT career four years ago to pursue full-time his passion for making great craft beer.
After graduating with honors from the acclaimed Siebel Institute of Technology professional brewing program Andrew landed a position at Double Mountain Brewery in Hood River, Oregon and honed his production brewing and packaging skills to another level. When the opportunity came about to relocate to Ireland and manage all brewing operations for Killarney Brewing Company and help take part in the Irish craft brewing revolution, he didn’t think twice. When not constantly thinking and talking about beer or trying to understand the Kerry accent, Andrew can be found riding one of his bicycles around the country side.
